Friendly service and done in timely manner.
Had problems at another Kia dealer service department to the point I did not trust them to touch my brand new vehicle anymore. Described to this service department that a charging port no longer worked after the other dealer installed a tow hitch. They said "no problem, we can fix it under your factory warranty". They said the soonest they could get me on was a month later. Will never get any Kia anymore to many recall and the service took 1month and two weeks than they could not find the results. So bad
Service was good, but damn $633 for a rear camera and over $300 for labor
I am a customer of this service department and the times I have been here the service was always good. Last week on Friday leading into yesterday I tried most of the day to get a call in to the service department with no luck. After requesting a call back online with no results I had to go through the sales department to get in touch with a live person in service. Once I did, I got hung up on after 10 minutes on hold.
