We took our car in for routine service and they did a good job, but they forgot to reset the “change oil” warning message. Called and emailed service department hoping for quick message back on how to get rid of the notification, but I never heard back from them. YouTube was more helpful.
Getting the car was easy. After that it’s been a terrible experience. Lack of communication from any kind of management. Between my car having issue & then not having a mechanic on the weekends. To trying to speak with management and get a email. It’s been a terrible experience. Would not suggest going here UNLESS you live in the area and you can actually go up there.

Had problems at another Kia dealer service department to the point I did not trust them to touch my brand new vehicle anymore. Described to this service department that a charging port no longer worked after the other dealer installed a tow hitch. They said "no problem, we can fix it under your factory warranty". They said the soonest they could get me on was a month later. Will never get any Kia anymore to many recall and the service took 1month and two weeks than they could not find the results. So bad
