I really enjoyed this breathwork class. It was a calming and well-guided experience that helped me feel more relaxed, grounded, and refreshed. Mel creates a welcoming atmosphere, and I left feeling both mentally and physically recharged. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to reduce stress and improve their overall wellbeing.

I hired Zenso House for a weekend retreat and it is such a perfect space, whether that is wellness workshops, yoga classes, breathwork circles or book club. Melissa is the most beautiful human, so humble and down to earth, very approachable if you’re looking for a space to host your next event. We had such a vibe and our students were buzzing. I was lucky enough to go on a retreat with Chic Retreats through Zenso House in Bali. People were surprised when I took this opportunity.
