Hired hello house cleaning for a deep clean. The cleaning team was nice and did a good job with the cleaning, however they broke our exhaustion fan and our sink disposal (by dropping two metal pieces in there). Did not get much feedback regarding the damage and had to pay over $100 to get the waste disposal fixed.

I reached out to this company and they were pleasant and prompt in replying to my message. Once we scheduled a date, I asked them what time they would come. It took them 2 days to reply to tell me the time, which included me having to send a follow up text. I was, finally, told 7:30-8:00am. They didn't arrive until 8:30 am, and they never bothered to give me a heads-up that they were running late. In fact, I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. Leaving a more recent review since the current crew does not seem to match the experiences I’ve seen from the other reviews. The first two cleanings were excellent, and then there was a huge downturn in quality for the ones after that (not just one, but all of the cleanings after). Attaching a picture of how they left my kitchen items including wine glasses in a pile in the sink after they cleaned them. Left a dirty rag in my bathroom.
