I reached out to this company and they were pleasant and prompt in replying to my message. Once we scheduled a date, I asked them what time they would come. It took them 2 days to reply to tell me the time, which included me having to send a follow up text. I was, finally, told 7:30-8:00am. Leaving a more recent review since the current crew does not seem to match the experiences I’ve seen from the other reviews. The first two cleanings were excellent, and then there was a huge downturn in quality for the ones after that (not just one, but all of the cleanings after). Attaching a picture of how they left my kitchen items including wine glasses in a pile in the sink after they cleaned them. Left a dirty rag in my bathroom.
