Our experience with Hello Home has been very positive and I would highly recommend them. My husband and I moved across the country and have been building our new house this year. It was stressful finding a place to rent in the timeframe we needed, but they made the process easy and did a video walk thru of our rental so we felt at ease. Lauren and Christine are great to work with. They are extremely responsive to any questions and quick to handle the couple ov issues we had while renting.
I had a really disappointing experience with Hello home real estate, particularly Christine in leasing. Her communication is extremely poor — messages and questions often go unanswered, and I found myself having to walk the leasing agent through parts of the process that she should’ve been handling. Christine demonstrated decreased comprehension and poor time management, then she acted confused when we asked to push move in date back because of low extremely long everything had taken. I've been renting through Hello Home for almost a year now and honestly, it's been great! Recently we had a small issue with a mouse but they had it fixed right away. No drama, no waiting around. Lauren and Chris are seriously the best. They're super responsive and always so helpful. Anytime I've had a question or needed something, they get back to me fast and sort it out.
