Terrible experience. Don't waste your time. The purpose of this is mostly telehealth and making weekend profits. You're better off calling the virtual emergency department.

Really convenient service. The doctor was kind and professional
Hours and hours of waiting. They called, it rang once, stopped ringing and missed call. Then received a call to ask if I still needed the call. Was told I'd be called back straight away. Two further hours later, nothing. Finally a call came, but after requesting a prescription and a referral I was told that was not possible and recommended over the counter medication, which has zero effect. Total waste of half a day. Please don't copy and paste a canned response asking me to email my feedback like you have done with everyone... read more
Really bad service , I called because my newborn was sick and it took me 30 minutes to try to take an appointment due to the bad service and experience of the man operator tonight , at the end I just lost 30 minutes and I don’t have the appointment
