My poor baby was sick with a rash all over his body. The home doctor came late so he was sleeping, I showed his the spots all over his body and told him his symptoms and all he said it allergy reaction give him telfast and then left. My baby ended up in hospital with pneumonia and was really sick. Absolutely shocked at the service, never again. They don’t deserve even a 1 star. Do not recommend this app or people at all.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst service I've ever received from a doctor or service and am absolute waste of time. I called at 4pm as I was on holidays in this area and had no means of transport to emergency and I had uncontrollable vomiting and I am a single mum with 2yo twins. They confirmed a home visit at 4.30 and again at 8.30 when I called to check on status.
