I needed a home visit from a Dr for excruciating pain was offered a phone call app which was useless as needed someone to see the injury
The doctor was kind and understanding, and I appreciated being able to get medical help without leaving home.
Very caring and professional, I’d definitely recommend this service.
Really impressed with the service. The doctor was caring, made everything easy.
We have never had any issues with this service. Most of the time they have done a home visit but the odd occasion they can't attend, they ask of a telehealth appointment is ok. If it's not we tell them and then they either tell us to go to the hospital or urgent care centre. Better than 13sick
