I was so nervous to get my ears flushed out but the staff here kept reminding me that it’s all good in their hands and it sure was! One of the best experiences I’ve had at any doctors office! Super nice, friendly, very upfront about everything and I was in and out from my clogged ears in 10 minutes! I haven’t heard this well since I was 18! Love this place
We had an appointment for my disabled sister. She is on a fixed income and uses a particular brand and model of hearing aid that are the most simple for her to use. Immediately as we sat down with the technician she told use that the owner of Hello Hearing Studios refuses to provide the or deal with the Relate 2.0 Ultron model my sister needs and can afford and that we would have purchase the more expensive ones starting at $600 each. I found Aley Hanly not only to be very professional, but extremely competent and a delight to deal with. All of my questions were answered beyond what I would have expected. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Working with Alessandra Hanly at Hello Hearing Studios has been a great experience, and the same can be said of the whole staff there. They are friendly, respectful, and always willing to take the time to provide answers and solutions for a person like me who has never worn hearing aids before. They know their products well, and they make all of their customers feel welcome and supported. I'm very pleased.
