I may have written a Hello Hearing review a long time ago (can’t recall exactly), but it’s time I updated it ….. I’ve been under Matt’s care for many years (10+?) now, after I’d been less than impressed with other “Give-us-your-money” places. Matt is the ultimate professional — caring, very patient, takes the time to thoroughly test and discuss, even when there’s not necessarily a sale in it. A huge thank you to Jason and the team that helped us out with a hearing test for our daughter. She is only young and even though a straight forward test they made her feel at ease and were so professional. 1 - caring 2 - professional 3 - genuine

Found Hello Hearing about 4 years ago now, after never seeing the same person twice with Neurosensory. Totally independent and totally professional in knowledge and service. Matthew was the unlucky one to get me and my implant journey, and my never ending questions.Nothing had ever been too much trouble, short notice appointments and running repairs/loan gear etc. Have recommended to many others
