I may have written a Hello Hearing review a long time ago (can’t recall exactly), but it’s time I updated it ….. I’ve been under Matt’s care for many years (10+?) now, after I’d been less than impressed with other “Give-us-your-money” places. Matt is the ultimate professional — caring, very patient, takes the time to thoroughly test and discuss, even when there’s not necessarily a sale in it. My hearing is pretty much beyond redemption (almost profoundly deaf!), but still he has persevered with trying new technologies for me... read more
