I booked for a date and about an hour or so after I booked I realized the date no longer worked for me and friends. I seen there were no refunds so I called AND texted to see if I can change the date. They said it was fine and they would send me a confirmation for change and never did after multiple calls and text to them. Customer service sucks!!!!!!! Don’t even want to go anymore if they do ever text or call me back.
Great concept. Poor execution. Extremely poor customer service. And falsely advertised. This venue advertises themselves as “an intimate Selfie Event Venue perfect for Intimate Brunches, Dinners and Events.” However, we did not receive anything in that statement. We rented out the space for an intimate, private brunch and when we arrived, so did another group that stated they rented the venue for an hour. Place needs a lot of maintenance. Most of the furniture was unkept, as it was stained and dingy. There was absolutely no heat in the place, my guests had to keep their coats on. It was expressed that the venue could fit 40 people and it absolutely could not. The “designated food space” was not clean and absolutely disgusting. Also when it was time to do karaoke, a fuse was blown. Therefore me and my guests had to sit in the dark while an employee tried to get the lights back on. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. We planned a private birthday event at this venue and I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. Let’s start with the upkeep. The ceiling tiles have water stains, the cabinet in the bathroom literally fell on my foot, and it was so cold some of our guest had to keep their coats on. Also, when we arrived there was another party here (mind you we arrived late)this was suppose to be a closed, private event and complete strangers were walking in to take pictures.
