Edit: Response to owner’s response: Your response reminded me of the fact that you never asked me about how I liked the root touch up service. You kept justifying why you include cut and style cost in root touch up cost. And I never said anything about the root touchup because I could not as my hair was still wet. Once my hair dried I saw that there are some strands in the front that are still gray but I did not mention it because it is an honest mistake on the stylist’s part.
