So lucky to have this amazing Glam shop in Marin! I was in a pinch for a gown and quite frankly our malls and online are a hit or miss. I came in with a need for a cocktail gown and Immediately got some help! I was measured and fitted and gifted free advice to where to go to hem it if I wanted! Obviously beyond customer service! This is best store in Sf, the north bay and south bay for me! I have bought two wedding guest dresses there - both times , I found the perfect gown and service. And this was after visiting a few department and boutique stores. In addition to the selection and quality, I appreciated the personal advice from Veronica about how to wear the dress w my hair, earrings and shoes- and how to change it up to wear it in the future. I want her to style my whole wardrobe!!
Worst experience ever. Lady was very rude. And you couldn’t touch the dresses. Worst shopping experience ever. Don’t recommend.
