So if it weren't for the installers Josè and Walker, Hello garage would have gotten 3 stars, the sales guy said my garage could easily fit 5 overhead storage racks but the techs found that only 4 would fit due to stud locations in the ceiling, andni had to be refunded. Sales folks should get in the attic and verify what they say is actually possible before giving customers expectations, honestly Josè and Walker should be part of the sales process, their knowledge far exceeded the sales person who "sold" us. Hello Garage was wonderful starting with the estimate to completion of the job. They are highly professional, have great communication, they show up on time and do a thorough clean up. The floor they put down was exceptional. They went above and beyond. Great job Hello Garage!
