Hello Flowers is the best!! Great communication and great work with the flowers I ordered! They sent me a picture of everything, they texted me the whole time so I always knew what was going on, they made me feel great!
They didn't deliver my mother's flowers on her birthday even though I ordered them days in advance. They also didn't include any of the flowers I asked for. I would not recommend using this company for any important event because they apparently can't deliver. Not only did they not deliver in time, but they didn't provide the Daisy's I asked for even though they claimed they could. Update. I tried using this florist again. I'm attaching pictures of what I ordered and what wad received. Make your own judgments...
$35 for a $10 plant and card charge to, I will never purchase anything ever again
I ordered flowers on a Wednesday for delivery to the assessors office for my friend's retirement. It is 3 blocks away from the flower shop. Her last day was Thursday. I got a call at 4:45 on Thursday asking if they could deliver to her home. I am sad that she didn't get her flowers to enjoy on her last day.
