Various issues with installation, but the real kicker came when we had some issues with the product and they refused to return messages. Then we started hearing from the suppliers they'd refused to pay - the electrician, the plumber... And now they seem to have disappeared. Can't get any warranty support. Avoid. UPDATE: turns out they've gone into liquidation. But worse, they may have been installing the wrong systems in the first place. Scam.

Terrible experience start to finish with Hellobreeze. They claim to use top quality components when in reality they use the wrong gear for the job (ducted gas heating vents for ceiling vents for example...) also you end up getting a cheapo base model "builders special" outdoor unit, which for the money they charge is outrageous. DO NOT SUBCONTRACT TO THIS BUSINESS Jayden Bradley (business owner) called us at 3pm on a Friday to complete an emergency circuit installation for a client of theirs located around the corner from us. We completed the work to excellent standards and submitted our invoice to them for payment. We have been chasing them for payment for 71 days. When I last spoke to Jayden, he said "Oh yes, I remember you guys. You got us out of a bind late one Friday afternoon. I'll send your invoice again to Tony in accounts and get it paid to... read more
