Extremely disappointed and let down by this service. I placed an order on Sunday for delivery on Friday (five days’ notice) for a memorial service — a time-sensitive and emotionally significant occasion. I clearly requested delivery by 11:30am, as per the company’s own website instructions, which state they “aim to have every bunch delivered by 5pm” and will “do their best to accommodate” specific time requests. Disappointing. Expected vs actual bouquet was different (see photos). A lot less colour/blooms...filled with cheaper greenery instead. The bouquet was still lovely, but not what I paid for. Maybe the photo on the site should be updated to reflect actual bouquets delivered instead of having a disclaimer describing that bouquets could be different depending on season, etc.
Terrible experience , decided to try these guys tried where i normally uses Roses Online which never let me down, had flowers scheduled to be delivered for my wifes work i heard nothing had to follow up via a chat and they told me they couldnt deliver till later in the day after my wife has left work , they mentioned they tried emailing me on the day which i never recieved , whereas a phone call and sms would have been more suitable especially if there has been no response especially as the order was placed day before so the... read more
Their customer service is second to none. Lauren contacted me when I just missed the 1pm deadline and informed me that my delivery will go out the next day. I’d deleted the blooms for the day due to them not having an incredibly strong scent. I let Lauren know because the person I was sending them to was prone to migraines from strong scents.
