I was hesitant to come in because of the customer service reviews, but I needed a wig last minute (don’t cut bangs the day before an interview ). The staff was actually polite and helpful, so I appreciate that. That said, the wig selection was a major disappointment and honestly a missed opportunity, especially being the only wig store in Astoria.
