Asked for ash brown and blonde highlights and got purple and blonde hair. Understanding the lady that did my hair was new however, she got the color idea from the owner. Both promised to fix it for free since my job dictates no extreme hair colors and only natural tones… let them know that day that I would contact them on the weekend and now there’s no availability to fix it. These people ruined my hair it's very un even , they used a shampoo that's making my hair dry it was over priced for it all and they are so rude to there customers and there workers ,pls every one do not go here you will waste your money and your hair will suffer.
