I didn't like their service,what i wanted verse what I got its totally different.
I have been going here for over a year. Never an issue. 2 weeks ago, I had Shellac & a pedicure. He never even looked at the bottom of my feet to buff them, I had to ask to turn on the massage chair. A lady did my nails while he did my feet. Almost instantly she turned the chair off. Nails all different lengths. I tried to tell the lady at checkout how horrible the service was & she actually laughed!!!! She was eating & could have cared less. 30 minutes after I left, at Walmart, one nail tore. The first time I got my eyebrows done, they turned out amazing. Unfortunately, the second time was a completely different experience. She waxed off part of the front of one of my eyebrows, leaving one brow longer and thinner than the other. She also missed a section on the top of one eyebrow, and even the eyebrow that came out better doesn't follow the shape of my natural brows. Overall, I was really disappointed with the results.
Trinh did my full set, long nails with Lilly flowers. very beautiful set. She's is professional with wonderful customer service. The salon is very beautiful and calming. Can't wait to try pedicure next time. Definitely ask for Trinh for the best nails. Thank you
completely messed up my best friend’s engagement nails. they are uneven and look absolutely nothing like the pictures shown
