I have used this firm for years with no incident, but starting about a year ago they began using unethical billing practices and assigning unqualified attorneys to work on a variety of personal and business matters. I was then being billed for that unqualified associate to research the topic and to have discussions with other more qualified attorney's about the matter. After all of that, the associate would bill 3.5 hours to draft a two page form document. In other incidents, they couldn't file simple forms effectively... read more
