Very unethical! For a 90k mile service, Hellman's didn't service the bearings when replacing the serpentine belt so the tensioner jammed, the belt broke, and I was stranded in Santa Fe until the dealership there could fix my car. Hellman said said they don't service bearings when they change a serpentine belt. They also verified a code had occurred but said it wouldn't happen again. It's happened again.

I've worked with multiple salesman in the past and they have all been very uninformed on the new and used vehicles on their lot. Hellman low balls extremely low on trade-ins...even going as far as to make up non-existent issues with my vehicle, them not knowing I know vehicles better than their mechanics
