Been going here for a few months now. The staff is super knowledgeable, whether it's general fitness or powerlifting, and there's a real sense of community here. Everyone I've met so far that lifts here has been helpful without judgment and gives that "we're all a team here" kinda vibe. They have all sorts of specialty equipment, and pricing is more than reasonable for their memberships and personal coaching. I'm glad I left Planet Fitness and started going here instead.

Extremely knowledgeable and encouraging coaches, especially Kurt, the owner. I’ve made huge progress with his support in just two months. Very welcoming environment for all. Highly recommended.

A well equipped gym that welcomes both novices and seasoned pros alike. Ever since I waddled in here nearly a year ago, my strength, muscle and confidence has steadily climbed. Kurt is a powerhouse of knowledge and experience with regards to technique, nutrition and supplementation and well respected in the New England powerlifting scene .
