Horrible experience and they never delivered the product. Took my money and I had to file a claim with my bank to recoup the funds. After 6 weeks the bank settled in my favor. You cannot get a hold of anyone. I have multiple “service tickets” open that nobody ever follows up on. (Order# HHP-G-9400)

Terrible customer service!!! I placed an order for an aluminum driveshaft over 3 months ago, after not getting any info about shipping for a month I had to call 15+ times over the span of a week to try and cancel my order. The response I got was that he would let the owner know and call me back. After a week without a call back I tried calling and emailing, to this day I haven’t been able to get a response nor a refund.
