Terrible customer service!!! I placed an order for an aluminum driveshaft over 3 months ago, after not getting any info about shipping for a month I had to call 15+ times over the span of a week to try and cancel my order. The response I got was that he would let the owner know and call me back. After a week without a call back I tried calling and emailing, to this day I haven’t been able to get a response nor a refund.
Went to go buy some parts from them, not only kaleb was super helpful but was able to get more parts from them at an amazing price! 10/10 would go back again!!!
Horrible shop. We asked for the bottom end of the engine to be checked. They never checked anything because they didn’t want to warranty it. Then threw it on the dyno and blew it up. Mind you they never informed us that they weren’t going to check the bottom end until they blew the motor. Horrible. Then they offered to fix it for 9k. Hell no. We gave them this car because we simply did not have TIME to do so and ended up spending more money and time if we just did it ourselves.
Had a 3,2,1 built by these guys that didn’t even make it 6k miles. Not a very good experience dealing with these guys. No one answers the phones, and if you’re lucky you will get a vague email response for them. If you order something online, you get no updates and no tracking info. Just hope for the best! I understand things happen in the automotive industry and always try to see both sides of the coin. But after the BF I took, I highly recommend staying away from the guys.
