I ordered an OEM head unit to add CarPlay to my nieces F150. The head unit doesn’t work correctly and they will not respond to resolve. The phone number is out of service also. Don’t waste your time or money here.

0 stars if I could. Took my money and never sent me the product. I send in info to customer service and they answer, but once it comes to asking for my money back they stop answering. Scam artists. Have all the receipts and everything.
Horrible experience and they never delivered the product. Took my money and I had to file a claim with my bank to recoup the funds. After 6 weeks the bank settled in my favor. You cannot get a hold of anyone. I have multiple “service tickets” open that nobody ever follows up on. (Order# HHP-G-9400)
**BUYERS BEWARE** Ordered some black out badges for my gt mustang at the beginning of December 2025 and never received my order. I tried reaching out to them with no luck. Horrible customer service and a business that’s out to steal your money.
