We have a pre-buy contract with them and when we needed gas for the coldest week of the year, they let us run out after we had been loyal customers for 7 years. The customer service is awful they will yes you and pretend like they are finding out when a delivery can be made to get you off the phone. They won't show and you will have to beg and plead for the gas delivery that you already paid for in advance while they sell it for a premium to others during peak season. DO NOT get your propane from these scam artists!
I have been with Heller's gas in Jonestown since 2014. Their customer service and drivers are very friendly. They have timely deliveries and i would recommend Heller's to anyone

My name is Tracy Snyder and I have been a customer of Heller's Gas - Jonestown for 9 years and they have treated me so good, as due to when I moved into home and never had propane gas before, they reassured me it is safe and good source of heat. They have a sweet office girl named Kyra , that is heaven sent. When I call to make payments or have any questions, she is always on top of her game. I recommend them to everyone.
