I've been happy with Heller's until the "Temporary Fuel Surcharge" is no longer temporary. I will leave them as soon as someone's price get close enough to allow me to switch. I, we have been duped. Surely they won't miss me, one costumer. I won't miss their lack of morals.
The staff is very friendly and I would recommend Hellers gas to anyone. They offer automatic delivery service as well as paperless billing. The bill will come through your email. Thank you , Sharon

First time gas user. Hellers Gas was very knowledgeable about what we wanted to do. Great customer service!
We have a pre-buy contract with them and when we needed gas for the coldest week of the year, they let us run out after we had been loyal customers for 7 years. The customer service is awful they will yes you and pretend like they are finding out when a delivery can be made to get you off the phone. They won't show and you will have to beg and plead for the gas delivery that you already paid for in advance while they sell it for a premium to others during peak season. DO NOT get your propane from these scam artists!
I have been with Heller's gas in Jonestown since 2014. Their customer service and drivers are very friendly. They have timely deliveries and i would recommend Heller's to anyone
