Dr. Hellers nurse Kim Mccgrath was extremely rude with me. She basically told me to change my diet and stress levels, or my baby will be terminated. This was EXTREMELY horrifying for a first-time mother to hear. She could have said things so much nicer and in a better tone. Youd think working for a Maternal office you would have some sympathy.
Excellent. I have been her patient for over 20 years. She is caring. Takes her time. Keeps abreast of new treatment and meds but doesn’t meet with drug salesmen. She is an excellent diagnostician. I literally trust her with my life and hope to have a lifetime relationship with her. I went to several very good doctors before finding her but her thoroughness is puts them to shame.
Dr. Kim Heller is a kind and caring family doctor. She is knowledgeable and up to date on medical issues. I am blessed she is my doctor. Her office is nice and her staff is very efficient and helpful.
Dr. Heller, her Assistants, nurses, and clerical staff are superior in every way - professional, informed, self-assured, caring. I recommend them with enthusiasm and without reservation.
I attempted to make a new patient appointment today, 10/3/ 2016 and was told the first available appointment was in February. Why are you advertising you are accepting new patients, yet you cannot get in to see the dr for 4 months. Cannot recommend anyone trying to see this doctor.
Dr. Heller is an awesome doctor, she takes her time with her patients and I absolutely love her and all of her staff.
