Office is extremely rude...refused to see me without my records from my doctor in GA...my doctor in GA can't send anything without a medical release from their office. They didn't even offer to send one or anything they just upright refused to see me at all. I'm sure the doctor is great but without a good office backing you it is hard to tell
Used to love this doctor and I thought it was a fluke when they cancelled my appointment and I had to reschedule a few years ago. But now it’s happened again in NOVEMBER and the next available appointment isn’t until MAY. This is not acceptable. The scheduling department does nothing to help reschedule in a timely manner. And this dr is listed as accepting new patients on the portal.
