Hellenic is my new workplace home This is a beautiful Community with amazing resources for the seniors in our area. I am thankful I have the opportunity to work with the team.
Most of staff are horrible. No answers to questions . Late to no response to questions via email or their useless app. Medications not started / stopped when ordered. Medications not witnessed, just laid out for resident to forget or drop . Facility is beautiful but the care and Communication are terrible. Phones are out of service way to often . Billing department doesn’t know why they are doing.
