After discovering that the nail nippers were not sterilized between customers at Hollywood Nails at the Piedmont Mall, I wen to this salon. I said that I would like a manicure, but that I wanted to know if the equipment was sterilized between customers. The person in charge of the salon could not understand me. Finally a customer who was there got through to him. His answer was "we don't do that". That's against state health laws. I left.
