I’d give ZERO stars if I could, they absolutely could care less about their customers or potential customers from my experience. I’m new in town with 2 boys at my house and the oil was VERY low & it was cold!🥶 I tried to purchase oil and they gave me a runaround (I’m in the middle of a divorce so I’m sure my credit was wacky, BUT I’m more than capable of paying, I offered to pay Cash) and they would not deliver via automatic or even on an emergency basis!?! They replaced my furnace with in 2 days of mine breaking just before the really cold weather definitely would recommend they made a stressful situation alot less stressful!
I have never seen such helpful people. Our daughter and her husband and their baby were completely without heat. They showed up within an hour, ordered a furnace, and installed it the next day - during Christmas week! A special thank you to Jim and Steven. Absolutely customers for life!! Thank you all!
Hellen Fuels came to our rescue after our furnace broke down the day after Christmas this year. With frozen temperatures and a baby at home, their level of professionalism and care that they demonstrated is rare to find. All in all, the old furnace was inspected and a new one quoted, ordered, delivered, and installed within 24 hours, which is almost unbelievable. I recently had my boiler replaced by Hellen Fuels this is the third installation I’ve had them do. The install was clean, professional and done on time. Jimmy who handles installs didn’t disappoint as always….great job!
