The lousy service I have ever had was in their parts and repair department. Their manager is absolutely obnoxious and lies and does anything he can to discredit you if you say he doesn’t do a good job. I brought a Gravley mower in there to fix zero turned he doesn’t even they don’t know anything about fixing them and they lie about what they do. Good people better service than weingartz
I've been shopping here for years. I have always had good customer service not only for new equipment but service and parts as well. Last winter I needed a new snow blower. I'm lucky enough to have an unpleasant neighbor that loves to publish rubbish on the internet. The Salesman had clearly heard of this and asked how much snow I wanted to throw his way. I said As much as I could! They had just the right machine for me. The neighbor was later arrested and my drive was nice and clean. Thanks!
