Had a very difficult to diagnose issue with my lawn mower. They picked up the mower on schedule, handled all my maintainence, fixed the issue and got my mower back quickly. I had a slight issue later on which was handled quickly and professionally. Eric did a great job explaining the problem! Will be working with them again in the future.
Had a negative experience with service. My Cub Cadet was struggling at full throttle. I paid $450 for a pickup/dropoff and a belt replacement they assured me would fix the problem. A couple months later after a couple mows I'm having the same issues from the mower. I called to get it looked at and they said it would cost $100 for the delivery and wouldnt cover other repairs. Depending on what's wrong with the mower, I would understand if it would cost more if the real fix was expensive, but requiring me to pay another delive... read more
I brought in a snow blower for a fix of the blades. I was told by the Service Manager that he could fix it for $1,300 or sell me a new one for that same price. I obviously told him, NO. I took it to another repair shop and i had that snowblower back for $225.00. I will NEVER AGIAN take anything to be fixed by these people. This is not the first run in with these folks. Why are they doing this????
I go to this hellebuycks or the other location to buy my accessories...trimmer line, oil etc. Undo, I can no longer use them for service since I now own Exmark mowers and hellebuycks doesn't service them. I WAS going to Weingartz Utica for service, but NEVER AGAIN. NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE. If hellebuycks services your brand, take it here over Weingartz! Please! Don't make a huge mistake!!!
Polite, helpfull, knowledgeable counter staff. All said hello to everyone coming in. Prices for what I needed better than other places checked (beat Amazon too).
