When my son suggested we could try looking elsewhere, in a non-argumentative tone, and after being told he wouldn’t tattoo a 17 year old (which was fine) Shane yelled at us to “f***-off” and to get out of his shop. He has a problem with tattooing a 17 year old but has no problem yelling and cussing at one in front of his mother and 10 year old sister.
