As a retired couple looking to stay on in our home, we reached that point in time when a cleaning service would be a real help to us. Hellamaid is our first experience with a cleaning company, and we were delighted with their service. Shanika and Lisa were friendly and worked very efficiently to clean our house. We look forward to their visits in future.
I thought I'd give Hellamaid a shot for our move in clean. It was pretty expensive for a team of four cleaners. I hate to say it, but it was pretty disappointing. Parts of the house were "fine", others not so much. There were spots that were not dusted or wiped down, basic spots that should have been taken care of whether or not it was a move in clean or regular clean. Carol, Bev and Carolina were our assigned cleaners for a deep cleaning package, and they did a tremendous job of cleaning our house! They hit all of my priorities in record time and they looked so sparkly and my husband and I were truly shocked!
