Very impressed with how easy it was to book and what a great job our cleaners did! Jacquie and Katy arrived on time and did such a wonderful job with our deep clean. They were also so kind to our dogs who were quite excited by the new visitors. Very glad to have booked monthly cleanings - our place looked and felt practically new after the initial deep clean. Looking forward to the next one!
Fantastic job! Katie (Katy?) arrived at around 12:30pm and did a phenomenal job in my apartment. The place looks like I just moved in. I had a huge concern with the washroom as we have had difficulty in cleaning the walls, tiles, and tub, but she did it without issue and it looks spotless and almost renovated. I am beyond pleased with her work ethic, attention to detail, and friendly disposition. This was my first time using a cleaning service and was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Katie. :)
Sadly did not have a great first clean with this company despite expensive pricing. However, customer service and support has been excellent. Their website for booking/changing reservations is very easy to use! I will not be looking to continue my service however for those looking around, worth a shot!
Susan did my bi weekly cleaning this Thursday and she did a very thorough and meticulous s job. I am very happy with Hellamaid cleaning I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service and certainly recommend Susan
Booked a 1-cleaner, 3-hour service for my aunt in west-end Ottawa. We had to reschedule once due to water issues in her apt. bldg., but Hellamaid postponed the service TWICE after that, so I canceled. The reviews were positive, but they obviously have staffing issues that negatively affect reliability. They did try to make amends, but we are no longer interested.
