I don’t think it’s fair to be asked to pay the tip in advance. The cleaning was ok, not as good as other companies but I was surprised when one of the cleaners upon arrival requested a coffee with milk and that we increase our thermostat’s temperature from 21.5 degrees (normal room temperature) to 23 degrees and didn’t bother turning it back before they left. Service was delayed twice, but they informed me in advance and Bella did a great job with the cleaning itself.
I used Hellamaid Vancouver for a move out clean for a 4br house and was incredibly pleased with the overall experience. Communication with Odi on the set up was so easy and I appreciate the convenience of texting instead of calls. Bella and Samantha did a fantastic job and were very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team and will definitely use them again.
