Nancy, Melinda & Linda did an amazing job! They made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning before they left the premises. They also called to let me know when the cleaning would be completed. They were very efficient and communicated very well. Will definitely be using them again.
I am so over the moon happy with my cleaning service from Hellamaid! This is my second time using them and they NEVER disappoint. I did a moving out clean and boy oh boy was it worth every penny, I highly recommend it! The ladies were so nice and accommodating since my codo's busser code didn't work and they did a fantastic job cleaning ! Adriana and Rose were great! They were professional, friendly, did a wonderful job and most importantly, liked my dogs! I'd book them again in a heartbeat!
Had some initial issues with the cleaners being over scheduled with other jobs when they came to complete the deep cleaning package. Lorna was very helpful and made sure that at least one cleaner could stay and complete the cleaning. Their responsiveness was much appreciated.
Booking was easy and their site is very transparent, you know what you are getting directly in the booking system no guessing waiting for someone to call you for a quote. The cleaners were on time and quickly began the job, they knew what they were doing. They quickly completed the work as promised and the house looked great when finished.
