I am so over the moon happy with my cleaning service from Hellamaid! This is my second time using them and they NEVER disappoint. I did a moving out clean and boy oh boy was it worth every penny, I highly recommend it! The ladies were so nice and accommodating since my codo's busser code didn't work and they did a fantastic job cleaning ! Hellamaid is the best. We just moved to Welland and I needed a cleaning services. I reached out to them and they were nice and attentive. The price was very ok. It wasn't ridiculously high... The cleaners came in really early. Very punctual... I have to give that to them ... We met Christine, Beverly and Lois...they were really nice.. She told me the floors would sparkle and they did... it was a perfect job... there was indeed a great difference before and after cleaning... thank you so much guys... We had Lisa and April for post renovation cleaning our basement, they were professional and did an excellent job. It was a bit of confusion with one of the staff at first but they were kindly explained to me the situation. Hellamaid was great overall, explained everything, answered all my questions and were quick to respond to my calls. We definitely plan to have them deep clean our home again!
Tracey Moen did a fantastic job of cleaning for my client. Hellamaid provided excellent service and I will definitely use them again. They were informative and took initiative when a bit of a situation needed to be resolved. Thank you so much for great cleaning and service!!
Had a great experience with Hellamaid! Anna and Janet arrived as scheduled and confirmed the service that was to be provided in a pleasant and friendly manner. Anna had to leave a little early but Janet made sure everything was as we had hoped/expected, encouraging me to double check each room. The place looked - and smelled - fantastic. Highly recommend.
