The Hellamaid team left my house sparkling after a deep clean service. Christina, Monica, Libby and Kelly were detail oriented, friendly, and comprehensive in their cleaning. My showers were scrubbed thoroughly, kitchen sink and stovetop left spotless, and one of them went the extra mile to leave towels folded and hung beautifully. Had a bit of an issue initially where the full cleaning wasn’t completed, but Hellamaid quickly made it right by sending someone out to finish the job at no extra charge. Really appreciate their commitment to good service and making sure everything was taken care of properly. Thank you!
Applause for the cleaning team of Giovanna and Bev, both ladies were professional yet very personable. They did a fabulous job on my apartment, it literally sparkled. My fridge and stove look brand new. It was nice to have cleaners who knew what to do, if it needed attention they dealt with it instead of asking me 50 questions! While your costs may be higher I appreciate that you post on your website you pay a living wage. This for me is extremely important considering this type of profession is traditionally held by women.
Crystal arrived early and ready to go, and she blew my mind how fast and efficiently she cleaned our vacated 3 bd townhome. She cleaned places I didn’t even think of and when she was done it looked brand new. Thanks for a great job!!
