The reason why I’m giving this review to stars overall is not because of the food, but because every time I show up here, they are closed even when it says they’re open online. It’s very annoying.
Hands down favorite fried chicken spot ever, breading is very crispy, portion sizes are great, owner is super friendly
not only is the food here good, the atmosphere and people are so friendly and welcoming. i’ve never once had a negative experience here, this place is like my little home since the people are always so kind! i tend to stick with ordering fries but the portions are big enough for 2 meals for me! i also love their mac and their deep fried oreos always hit the spot. i’ve been coming here for the last 3 or so years and plan to keep going back!
Hipster Norcal name, not local
Used to be one of my favorite spots in SLO but today I was served soggy penne pasta in my mac n cheese. Chicken was oversalted and tough. Really sad to see
