Best experience I've had so far with a property management company. They are honest, respectful of tenants and take maintenance requests seriously. The building I live in is right downtown in a historic building so it has a lot of charm, with old wooden floors and vintage windows. The management has done a good job of making important amenities clean and new (like the kitchen and bathroom). As a long-time Helix tenant, I've seen a consistent track record: They're proactive, excellent with follow up, and good communicators. They respond quickly to maintenance requests, and everyone one I've met from their staff is friendly.

I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Helix based on my experience with them because they operate with zero integrity. Please note, this is the same rental business that has now started operating in Fort Collins. The apartment building I was living in was sold to Helix just after I had renewed my lease with the original owners. I live at City Park and have had nothing but delightful experiences with the staff at Helix. Issues are addressed quickly and effectively. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to live in the area!

While I’ve had complaints about Helix in the past, they have a new maintenance person, Caleb, who is so wonderful. He’s thorough, quick and considerate. Our place is lovely and Caleb helps keep it that way!
