I had a terrible experience with Helix for testosterone replacement therapy. I signed up in 2020, agreeing to $200–$225 a month. Over the next few years, they raised my rate several times—without notice—to as high as $385, all without my consent. They charged my credit card automatically, and I didn’t catch the increases right away. On top of that, they mistakenly charged me an extra $50 a month for six months, then refused to refund it.
