I greatly appreciate having Helix Inc as our local IT company. We have worked together for 20+years now. They have brought new technology, upgrades, security, remote connectivity and more to our company. Image what computer technology was 2 decades ago compared to Today. It is immensely different and still moving at a rapid speed. Helix continues to keep a pulse on our company’s network, security, quick response to service tickets and good people. We are thankful for the relationship.
We've been with Helix for almost 3 decades, and they've earned every bit of our trust. The team is sharp, responsive, brutally honest at times (which is actually great ), and they actually care about the outcome — not just closing a ticket. They don't just say they are watching our systems 24/7; they have proved it on multiple occasions. Even at 5 am when we start, we get a response in minutes. Like they say "The Pack Rules" and we agree!
I'm not a tech person and I never pretend to be. What I needed was an IT partner who would handle things without me having to understand every detail ? but would also explain things clearly when it mattered. Helix does exactly that. They're patient, honest, and they don't make you feel stupid for asking basic questions. I've been working with Helix for 20 years and have never once considered anyone else.
Yall need to think about who you have repping your company.
