A culture orientated gym which keeps getting better and better. The workouts are awesome and the coaches are very experienced. The type of gym in which It's easy to push yourself as you know everyone else in the gym has your back. A 5am gym session is never a chore after joining the helix crew, rather something I look forward to every day. Its easy to say I have now found my home of fitness for the foreseeable future
First time at Helix Gym today and I loved it! Coach Chloe is full of energy and super motivating. The vibe is amazing – definitely the place to build a great body. Highly recommend!
I've been training at Helix Gym for 3 weeks now and I can't speak highly enough of the facilities and the trainers. Everyone ive trained with have been great to be around and the encouragement from all is so up lifting. If your looking for a gym no matter what your level then Helix Gym is the go.
4 months ago I asked my mate what the best strength and conditioning gym is. Without hesitation he said Helix Gym. The last 4 months have been very eye opening, From learning a new way of training to the friendly community. Everyone is very welcoming on your first day and get to make new friends really quick. Everyone gets around each other to strive and push that little extra harder aswell which is a big game changer. I highly recommend Helix Gym to anyone thinking about joining up. You won’t be disappointed
