Extremely unprofessional. Misleading treatment plans. A business who doesn’t actually care for their patients to a high standard and only care about money. When trying to communicate they become very manipulative and of narcissistic behaviour. Helix are far from what they claim to be - there principles and morals seem to be money driven. Do not waste your time OR money - find a professional, reputable, friendly business who actually work with you

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, empathy, care shown to me by Dr. Nathan Turton here at Helix. He was totally aware of what I had been through with a previous practice and the traumatic treatment I had been through. He then carefully navigated the best solution communicating each thing he was doing every step of the way. The staff are all extremely friendly & helpful.
