Good people to work with, very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process for a water damage situation.
I called Helix for their carpet restoration service after another carpet cleaning company ruined my carpeting with their chemicals and cleaning process leaving my carpets soaking wet after 6 days of drying. My carpets smelled horrendous. After seeing all the debris Helix removed from my carpets I am very disappointed with the first company. I'm sorry I didn't call Helix first. Lesson learned.

We had a great experience with this company. They were able to repair a patch of the carpet to near perfect and deep cleaned the carpet in our office. We would keep our dogs in kennels in this space when we left home. It smells so fresh and clean now! They had great customer service and very efficient!
