Poorly organized. Administrative challenges. Not at all efficient. Contaminated a patient sample, called me back into the office because of Helix’ mishandking then refused to compensate for the extra travel, time, blood withdrawal. Many technical difficulties with their machines and diagnostic interfaces. Buyer beware These are presented facts Not aspersions
Every subsequent visit since the first one has been cheerful and explanations are forthcoming. The staff lets you ask as many questions as necessary until you are satisfied with the answers. Staff continues to be friendly and responsive.
Very happy with the study I currently am enrolled in all the staff are very helpful & sincerely concerned about me as a patient this has been a very positive experience & hope the trial I am on for COPD does help & improve my current breathing & physical ability as having COPD does slow you down but I am hopeful this will improve my well being at almost 78 years old these GOLDEN YEARS aren't what I thought but this gives me some hope I may survive with this longer hopfully !
