We had a great experience with Helitech from start to finish. Dave Palmer did the inspection and was very thorough and listened to all the concerns we had with the foundation. He explained the recommendations and installation process in a way that was very easy to understand and follow.
I sat with this review since October 2024 because I do not like leaving negative reviews. It can damage a business and employees so this is not done lightly. Just purchased a home in September 2024 and the basement had a leak from a crack. I had Helitech come out since they had repaired the crack for the old owner and issued a "lifetime warranty" . Dave and David evaluated our garage situation today. Then they informed us of their plans to resolve the issues. They were personable and professional.
Just wanted to thank all the Helitech staff for another job well done. Bryan Adcock, Zach and his crew and Preston on follow up from the Warrenton location did a great job on finishing up. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction with the final placement of the sump discharge pipe. Recommend Helitech to all my friends and it’s because of staff like this in the field.
