My daughter loves visiting Ellen its a great little location and service provider
Kara has been a great help for my daughter. She has been able to help her navigate a tricky time in her development and she has done so very professionally and in a manner that my daughter could understand. Highly recommended
Checked in and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes only to have the guy behind the counter be like what was your name again? Oh we have you booked for next week not this week. Unprofessional and difficult to deal with including changes and booking appointments as no one answers the phone. Also took me months to book in as they said they were going to email me and no one did.
The best decision I’ve made is going to Helios. I had a late diagnosis of ADHD this year and Amy has been so vital in the process of learning about my true self and helping me feel validated. The reception team are fantastic and so helpful. I constantly recommend the business to all my friends and family who ask!
Biggest waste of money ever. Paid over $2k for one of their 'assessments' for my son. Had 1hr session with me. Booked my son for 3hrs. He was out in 45min. And the magic report literally regurgitated what I said in the hour and the recommendations were less helpful than google. His school didn't think much of it either.
