Helio solar was all worth it due to who we work with..Doug took the time to answer all of our questions and we have alot of questions!!! but the best part of the process was that if doug didnt know something ,he would found it out and never left us unsure. We was never pushy to sell.His concern was to get us the best service and knowledge on what we were getting. The installation process was smooth and fast and very professional as well.Thank you so much again Doug.It was a great to work you !!!
Helio was a very good company from the start. I dealt with Doug who was prompt, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. A big deciding factor for me with regard to this company was the insurance that comes with the panels, call Doug and ask him about it before making your decision. I reached out to helio to get more information how solar works and the different types of programs about 2 months ago. The rep guided my wife and I on choosing what was best for our home. We just got installed 2 weeks ago and inspection was done last week as well.
