We had sort of a mixed experience. We were getting an inverter replaced. Things went wrong due to the particular type of inverter we needed, but got sorted out in the end. The good: Helio made an honest effort to get the problem solved despite additional expense to Helio. We appreciated this. The bad: communication was subpar, with dates for the unplanned repairs being scheduled without warning or on days we had already ruled out. We had been looking into getting solar for a couple years and already had decided on doing it before reaching out for a quote. Zac was very helpful and explained the whole process, did not push the sale, and was very responsive each step of the process. After installation, there was an issue with the reporting page and he was quick to get it fixed.
Zack in sales was patient and very helpful. Helped me out over the phone and a few picture over text and my problem was solved. I found my new color company.
