Fantastic experience! Very personable and talented. I took several pairs of intricate jeans for alterations and she did an incredible job. Better than I imagined and exactly what I needed. I won’t go anywhere else. And I felt very comfortable during the process and the communication was excellent. I recommend without hesitation.
Decent service. Came to get something hemmed, it was completed in time as directed. I came back to get something let out. After trying it on her first suggestion was “have you thought of losing weight?” I told her no, that wasn’t what I was wanting. She then went on a tangent for 5 minutes about how another client lost 25 pounds in 1 month because of some diet, etc. After 20 more minutes of pinning she concluded that it was too complicated and she couldn’t fix it. Casey did such a phenomenal job on my wedding dress! She not only added the sleeves but built onto them so that they seamlessly blend into the dress. She also added a bustle and fit it to me so it fit like a glove! She did all of this in two weeks! I would recommend Casey to anyone
save yourself the time and heartache of coming here. the main reason i came here was because my fiancé previously had pants hemmed and had an okay experience. i found my dream dress and knew it needed alterations before purchasing. i had an on site seamstress tell me exactly what i needed done before i walked out with my dress. the only reason i chose to have alterations here is because of my above reason, and she could get me in sooner than anyone else. Great customer service! She was able to accommodate my last minute dress alteration and steamed it for me. Super nice and good communicator. Will be going back for more alterations in the future!
