Plant manager is not only convicted for embessilment from another previous job. The management does not care for you. This is only my personal experience with the company over the course of 14 months. They play favorites there. They have alot of hard workers that are constantly exposed to harmful chemicals. The likes of wich I wouldn't wish on anyone.
