After Helicon Foundation salesman Doug said I needed a few pins under the foundation ,I agreed ,later we find out county would not issue a permit because of the 50 50 rule. The salesman Doug assured me my return deposit in about two week, Doug than asked me what was I going to do . I told him I went with some other company with injection solutions that did not require a permit, then he told me we do that, and my respond was why didn't you offer it after the permit was denied. no respond.
