After Helicon Foundation salesman Doug said I needed a few pins under the foundation ,I agreed ,later we find out county would not issue a permit because of the 50 50 rule. The salesman Doug assured me my return deposit in about two week, Doug than asked me what was I going to do . I told him I went with some other company with injection solutions that did not require a permit, then he told me we do that, and my respond was why didn't you offer it after the permit was denied. no respond. **** came out and did our quote explaining the stabilization job and what was to happen. ***** and the underpinning crew did the job professionally and thoroughly cleaning up. **** with the chemical grouting was very knowledgeable explaining our situation, he was very professional and thoroughly cleaned up. Helicon completed the work in a professional and timely manner as planned.
We had cracks on the exterior and interior of our home and Helicon do an inspection. Casey (who is no longer with the company) provided his recommendations and a quote which is to install piers around the home and that would fix our issues. In July 2021, Helicon sent a team of guys to perform the work and they were every unprofessional. Our yard was a mess after they left, and nothing was done about it. Helicon was a wonderful company to work with. ********************* especially has been fantastic. He is very honest, educational and supportive through the entire sales and project process. The entire company is of high integrity and I definitely recommended them. *** in scheduling was also great!
The entire Helicon team is the best. The estimator was accurate and informative about cost and all services that would be performed. The workmen were on time and went above and beyond to complete a difficult stabilizing job. They left the jobsite clean and neat. Communication and scheduling were completely professional. I highly recommend Helicon.

John's team from Helicon was very courteous and took plenty of time to explain the repair process. Since, there is very little to actually see, it is happening below grade out of sight, having a good explanation is helpful. I know at some time in the future I will need a new seawall, but for now, the foam 'Bandaid" is a great way to go!! I am pleased with the results. Thanks Helicon!
They were reliable , dependable and experienced. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame set up. Plus their way of fixing our seawall issues were much more reasonable in costs than other quotes.
